This year, the fruit was handpicked, and the multi award winning winemaker Chris Derrez (Madrez Winemakers) has produced this full flavoured dry Verdelho, drinking nicely now, and with years of cellaring potential.

This wine displays a nose of spicy oak with overtones of blackberry. It is full bodied with a sweet fruity upfront palate and lingering soft tannins. The rich flavours may be enjoyed with Aussie beef, lamb or spicy dishes including chicken and pasta.
A fortified verdelho made from very ripe hand picked grapes and fortified with brandy spirit.
Excellent as an aperitif or after the meal with a plate of strong cheeses.
