Kalari’s Cellar Door has undergone a radical transformation in the years since
it was first opened in 1999. It was originally an extension to a shed and
could have been described as “charmingly rustic”!
Subsequently a closed in veranda has been added, providing a shady area to sit and admire
the breathtaking views, while enjoying the wines and artworks. The Cellar Door you will visit today retains its
original “rustic” charm, but is also stylish, comfortable and welcoming.
Art Gallery
The Cellar Door also has a constant display of artworks and local craft .
These can be viewed at your leisure whilst sipping on a fine Kalari wine. Many
pieces are available for purchase. The exhibitions change on a regular
basis and include the well known Kalari Peoples' Choice Exhibition every
November.
Functions
The Cellar Door provides the perfect venue for groups for wine tasting and / or
catered functions (including local produce platters) – contact us for further information.
